Clay's Delta Boarding Pass Hits eBay - UPDATED
Clay's boarding pass he used on his way home from Orlando to Raleigh was found left on the plane by a lucky commuter. The pass is now up on the auction block over at eBay. You can clearly see "Aiken, Clay" under the Delta logo.
Several lucky and undoubtedly surprised Claymates got to fly home with Clay on this same flight, as we told you last week.

Update 8/27 - as noted by some people who have commented on this post, the boarding pass has been removed from eBay.

haha this is so stupid. Think about this logically. His boarding pass would not say "Aiken, Clay" it would say "Aiken, Clayton" to match his driver's license, which is your full name. Your boarding pass/ticket always matches your driver's license.
I heard that Clay Aiken had eBay pull this from auction. The pass didnt disclose any personal information other than his name. It's unfortunate that celebrities take themselves so seriously and fans that would love to purchase items like this one won't have that opportunity.

This boarding pass has been pulled from Ebay due to "property rights." What celebrity needs their boarding pass to make a living? Release it to the public so someone can feel benefit and joy from an item that means nothing to Clay!
Does anyone know how to contact Clay to get this done?

I thought it was a fun auction. I even bid (when the price was low). But Clay made eBay stop the auction. WTF, Clay??? Let your adoring fans have a little fun.

Uh oh! It looks like it's been removed from eBay?? Either someone offered the seller a price they couldn't refuse...or it was in violation of eBay's policies...? Or....?
If you click onto eBay you will find this item has been removed. There's no purpose any longer of having it on your board.
Hey, what's with all the haters?? I thought CDD was all about the Claylove! I think Clay has every right to cancel the auction, if he feels it is impinging on his privacy. I think it would be totally COOL to own, but when I read this on the blog, I thought it was kind of rude for someone who found it to put it up for auction. It's not right to make money off of something like that, and Clay probably feels the same way. I would've liked to see it auctioned, with all money going to BAF.

Just a reminder that Clay's name is copyrighted. It isn't legal to profit from the use of his name in an unauthorized manor such as this. Besides, you have no way of knowing whether is was authentic or not.
Currently there is an auction going on at eBay to benefit the BAF, with items signed by Clay.
