Tidbits 12/9

We're not exactly sure where this picture came from, but it surfaced on the Clayboard today. Look closely and you can see Clay's muscle shirt underneath his shirt. THUD!
  • Clay was mentioned on CBS Sunday Morning today, says the CB's chrispycreme:
CBS Sunday Morning did a piece on Michael Buble today. In the intro, he did his schtick 'I love you Clay Aiken'.
  • Christmas tour mentions:
    • Omaha World Herald - "Clay Aiken will join the Omaha Symphony for a Christmas concert at 8 p.m. Dec. 21 at the Orpheum Theater. Tickets: $25 to $125."
    • New York Daily News - Mohegan Sun ... "Sunday: Clay Aiken's Christmas in the Heartland is the featured attraction at 7 p.m., $35."
  • Philadelphia Inquirer - review of Blake Lewis' CD mentions:
The second string (heck, even the third string) has been good for Idoldom. (See Chris Daughtry, Clay Aiken and Jennifer Hudson for reference.)
  • Honolulu Advertiser - Clay mention in Neil Sedaka article - "'Solitaire,' by The Carpenters, by Elvis Presley, by Clay Aiken"
  • Albany Times Union - this has got to be one of the stupidest concert reviews I've ever read... how did this guy get hired by a newspaper is beyond me:
Given that the stories were true, in at least one case tragic and in all cases deeply personal, they're essentially unreviewable, especially when created and delivered by people who are not professional writers or performers.

I think that picture was from the summer tour. He wore 2 different white and blue striped shirts during ATDW tour. I think he had this on at Frisco and at least one other time.
