Anyway...

It was really tough sifting through all those gazillions of megabytes in order to choose our favorite adorable, snarky, funny as h*ll, HAWT (and oh yes… cool!)... but Not So Innocent moments from the Soft Rock Hard Place Tour of 2007... but as they say... "Somebody's gotta do it."

  Clay Aiken and Tony Hawk join the celebrity version of Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? Meanwhile Fox is hard at work on a new show tentatively called Are You Smarter Than Miss Teen South Carolina? Well, who are we Kidding? Pants are smarter than Miss Teen South Carolina.

• Wichita Eagle - Kansas State Fair tries to appeal to younger audience through YouTube -

  While there, Stoecklein notes with delight, they'll also find several other fair-related videos posted by users -- including a clip of hypnotist Ron Diamond in action and snippets of Clay Aiken and Carrie Underwood performing at past fairs.

• Carolina On My Mind hops on the Blog Day 2007 bandwagon -

  Thanks to the sudden restoration of my Blogroll's updating apparatus at the Carolina On My Mind site, I learned from ClayKat that the third annual World Blog Day came and went on Friday, Aug. 31.

  These people are nuts…or they get their numbers from Fantasy Island.
  
  I was there and there is no way this is the truth. The ENTIRE reserved seating and all the tables were filled and the lawn was full.
  
  A reliable employee of the venue said there were 6100 tickets sold and that translates to 87%. Not to mention, it was reported as “sold out.” So, what’s up with that?
  
  As an eye witness, I confirm that the 87% sounds about right.
  
  However, it does not surprise me that such errors appear. Nothing surprises me anymore, and I don’t even wonder why anymore either.
