Barry Manilow mentions Clay on the View

Actually, it was Elizabeth who brought it up. She mentioned that Barry had been a judge on AI and that he had said in a concert recently that "This is what Clay Aiken is gonna look like in 30 years." They all laughed and they showed photos comparing Clay and Barry (but it was an old pic of Barry). Then Barry said "And if he's lucky he'll have an audience 30 years later!" (That was in reference to something Barry had said earlier in the interview about how he would have expected to be playing Chuck E. Cheese by now rather than filling arenas of 17,000.)

Then Barry said that Clay is good and the ladies all agreed. Barbara Walters even said "He has your talent."

Same old joke, but great mention!!!
