Important: Buying books from bookstores or a store!

For those of you expecting the book to be on the shelves on November 16, read this:Cirrus02 works at Chapters/Indigo in Edmonton, Canada's largest and only well known chain book retailer. The release date is normally when they ship the item out of the printers, apparently, so you may not see it on the shelves for another 2-3 weeks (that's December!!! ). My recommendation is to order off Amazon or a well-known online retailer, because they will most likely have it, ready to ship on the day of release. Also, if you buy the book with the audiobook or CD, it ships free on both Amazon.com and .ca.
