NO DOMINOS. PLEASE HAVE ALL PIZZA BOXES LABELED BY BUS.

A simple but structured night schedule:

Menu Rotation: (advanced & approved by Production Manager)
Mon: BBQ night
Tue: Asian night
Wed: Mexican night
Thu: American Night
Fri: Carving night (include Tri tip and Ham)
Sat: Past Bar (assorted pasta types, meats, veggies, sauces)
Sun: Turkey Dinner with all the trimmings

And for his late night truck drivers:
TRUCK DRIVER FOOD
Please prepare and have ready four (4) bag lunches at 10:00pm to be delivered to the
Production Office. Two (2) Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches or flat meat, an apple, candy bar, napkins, and two (2) bottles of water each.
