... and the original Billboard article is now online -
"American Idol" graduates Kimberley Locke, Clay Aiken and Ruben Studdard are in talks to embark on a collective concert tour next year. According to Locke, Aiken and Studdard are game. "Now it's up to our agents and managers to book it," she tells Billboard. Locke says the trek will not be about "us as opening acts for each other. We'll be using the same band and will be on the stage singing duets and trios throughout the concert." The tour, with the working title Reunited: 5 Years Later, is expected to hit the road next spring.

And Clif Magness, who has recorded with Kelly Clarkson and Clay Aiken, says music recorded by young artists in living rooms via MP3s, while technically crude, can sometimes have an urgency and immediacy that might be missing from slick studio projects.
