Clay vs Justin - Part 2 - The Sales Keep Growing!

Hits Daily Double gave an earlier report on Clay's sales status when 25% of the sales had been tallied.

However, we now have 39.40% of the sales in on Hits Daily Double, and Clay is still #1 with a total of 87,544 and is ahead of Justin's sales by 22,446!! Check out the numbers on Tuesday as the sales become 100,000, then 200,000, and as the total continues to go up!

Here is a listing of the top 10:

CHART DATE: 09/25/2006

9 HINDER UNIVERSAL REPUBLIC 27,165 EXTREME BEHAVIOR
10 DIANA KRALL VERVE 24,025 FROM THIS MOMENT ON

Update: With 73% reporting, Justin now has a lead over Clay. But FOX News is reporting that Clay beat Justin to take this week's #1 spot.

Believe it or not, Clay Aiken’s new album of schlocky tunes for blue-haired ladies, "A Thousand Different Ways," looks as though it just outsold Justin Timberlake’s "FutureSex/LoveSounds" and took the No. 1 spot. It was Aiken’s debut week and Justin’s second week. Weird, huh?
