- Something That Really Happened - Clay joining Broadway's Spamalot
- Taking A Moment - how to put on Spamalot tights
In my last blog, angelcat4jc asked me if I thought Clay knew how to put on tights. That got me to thinking about Clay putting on tights, which led to several minutes of nonproductive brain activity and increased salivary output.
Frankly, I'm not sure if he does or not. Maybe he does, he's had on some crazy getups from those Hometown Connection shows, including one stint as Cher. Maybe Clay's Cher was wearing kneehighs, I don't know. But just in case there is *somebody* on this fanboard with the initials “C.A.” who may be facing their first time in the spotlight wearing tights, I'd like to offer up some instructions on how to properly install them. There's no reason for anybody to have to learn this stuff on the streets anymore, people. Dangerous back-alley hosiery lessons should be a thing of the past. I'm only trying to do my part.
