Clay's "A Thousand Different Ways" Sales Up 60% From Last Week

According to USA Today's Idol Chatter, A Thousand Different Ways' sales rose by 60% this past week. USA Today says, "Not exactly sure why (buildup to the finals?), but Idols on the album chart enjoyed a week of generally increased sales, according to Nielsen SoundScan." The article tells us that Clay sold 800, up from 500 the week before, and now has sold a total of 511,000. Of course, we'd all love the totals to be bigger, but as long as they keep on rising, that's what counts! Maybe Mother's Day accounts for the rise in sales.
