Clayboard Changes
Inspiraiken has broken off to it's own board, but is still part of the "Clayboard" in terms of TOUs, etc. It is now being moderated by elected members:
AngelInDisguise, 705jannie54, MagicalMusic and soapyjeans.
New CHANGES coming soon:
From ClayNation:
A CLAY FANSITE DIRECTORY
A forum where owners and staff of unofficial fansites can list them (similar to what is offered on Clay's Official Fan Club website).
A NEW CLAY STREET
Clay Street will be "renovated" to focus on current Clay news, major announcements, TV appearances, articles, thoughtful discussion/Op Ed posts, current voting threads, and everything a fan needs to be current on Clay happenings. A good analogy would be comparing the New Street to the Front Page of a newspaper.
A NEW CLAY CHATTER FORUM
All chatter-type threads, for example, Clay's socks, Clay's freckles, my gym teacher reminds me of Clay, 1000th posts, birthday threads, etc. will live in this new forum. The forum is sure to be lively and fun for those who enjoy this kind of posting. If any club-like threads should grow out of this new forum, they will be moved to Calling All Clayfans so that they may continue. Should there be any drought period, the moderators will decide if any OT threads can live on the Street for a limited time. This new Chatter forum will also include the Polls feature and the current Polls forum on The Clayboard will be closed.
The moderators will be diligent in separating Clay Street and Clay Chatter threads into these two forums, so please do not take offense at the moving of your thread! We believe this change is one that many members have been hoping for and one that we believe is best for the direction of the board and our ability to manage it for all of you who enjoy your Clay time here.
So, please keep an eye out for these changes. There is a possibility that The Street and News forums may have to be closed for a brief period of time for the renovation to take place. If that is the case, an interim forum will be opened so that folks have a place to gather. When the forums re-open, any relevant threads from the interim forum will be moved to their appropriate forum.
