Is Clay Your TIME Person of the Year?
As part of a promotional push for its big "Person of the Year" issue, TIME Magazine is allowing readers to submit anyone's photo for display on two huge jumbotrons - in New York's Time Square and Toronto, Canada's Yonge-Dundas Square.
